From Global to Local – Security Challenges and Responses

H.E. Mr. Giampaolo Di Paola, Minister of Defence of the Italian Republic, will give lecture “From Global to Local – Security Challenges and Responses”, on Tuesday November 27th, 2012 at Central Military Club at 16.00. The lecture is organized by Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence, European Movement in Serbia and Belgrade Centre for Security, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence of Republic of Serbia and with the support of UNDP/SEESAC, as a specific follow-up of the Belgrade Security Forum.

The new security initiative Belgrade Security Forum was launched by Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence, Belgrade Centre for Security Policy and the European Movement in Serbia. The second conference organised in partnership with the Balkan Trust for Democracy and the Slovak Atlantic Commission, will take place on 20-22 September 2012 under the working title "Coping with the crisis: challenges to democracy and security".
